I have been a longarm quilter since 2014.
It's been an amazing adventure and I've learned a lot along the way. I'm always taking on new customers and new design challenges. I love seeing all the beautiful and amazing quilts that come through my door. I hope your quilt is one of them!
Have a look around and find answers to all your questions.
Don't forget to follow me on Facebook and Instagram to see a sampling of the most recent quilts I've had the pleasure of quilting!
When I started longarm quilting, I had an old used temperamental machine with only 1 set of handlebars and no stitch regulator! You could imagine how excited I was when i upgraded in 2020.
Now, I quilt with my Gammill Statler 30. It is a fully computerized machine which means my straight lines are straight, and my circles are perfectly round. I can do even the most difficult quilting designs that I wouldn't have attempted on my old machine.
I have a 14’ frame which means I can accommodate quilts up to 150” wide. The Statler 30 also has an impressive 23” throat space. This gives me unlimited capabilities for large quilt blocks and resizing pantographs.
It is the ultimate dream machine!
I use and love OMNI thread by Superior Threads
It is a 40wt poly-wrapped poly core thread. OMNI has become a favourite go-to thread for longarm quilters. It is a cleaner, brighter, and stronger alternative to other poly-wrapped poly core threads. This means far fewer interruptions of broken threads and skipped stitches.
It's also available in 172 solid colors. So I'm sure to have a color to match your quilt!
This stack of quilts is ALL MINE! And that's only some of them.
Yup, I'm a quilter too! So you can rest assured that I know how much time and effort you put into piecing that beautiful quilt top. I treat every quilt as if it were my very own.
I also know how much you invested in your fabric and batting because I buy it too. That's why I keep my prices affordable. I don't want you to have a closet full of quilt tops (like I once had). I want you to have a big stack of finished quilts ready to be cherished by loved ones!
How can you can be confident choosing me as your longarm quilter? Easy, all the photos on this website were taken by me from customer quilts that I have stitched or quilts of my own. I eat, sleep, and breathe longarm quilting!
Most importantly, I want you to love your quilt even more after I'm done with it - than you did before you brought it to me. If you are ever unsatisfied, I'll make it right.
